So why bother working on them? That’s about how I feel sometimes but the more I put them off the faster they grow.  I had a big list of things I was thinking of doing and got only a few of them done.  Progress is good and motivating.

It is 6 minutes past my bedtime so I will end this post short.  I did do push-ups this morning and was able to do 21 wide armed push ups.  I need to create a chart or something to post my progress there.  It would be great if I could work up to 100 push-ups.
