I was given advice that I should interview my children on a regular basis. You know, to have open communication one-on-one. When I have really tough questions I need all the help I can get. That is when I invite our friend Don Francisco over to do the interviewing for me.

I love Don Francisco!! He’s an amazing surrogate for interviews. I’d watch out though – you’ve got an undecided voter in your house, so you may be accosted by both sides trying to sway her vote. Kids are super cute.
