We’ve been planning on fixing up the backyard at the new house since the day we moved in. Our last house had such a great backyard and was one of the main reasons we bought it. The new house has a large yard but it is mostly dirt.
A blank canvas is nice but I feel like there are too many options to choose from and I have a hard time deciding. What we did decide was that we needed more cement for riding bikes and for a half-court basketball court. Also, cement is pretty low maintenance. So, that’s what we did. We put in cement and a few trees. The rest is still a little “up in the air”
