A while back Cheri at “I am Momma – Hear Me Roar” posted a tutorial and pattern for this tote. The moment I saw it I knew I wanted to make it – it looked like the perfect size, not too big not too small and a charming little style. I was especially excited that I could customize the pockets however I liked. Originally I thought I would try to make one for myself, but I’ve made three of them now ( I can’t find the picture of my first and favorite one!) and given them as birthday gifts and each person has LOVED it and told me they’ve gotten lots of compliments. As I gave the second purse away to the birthday girl one sister in law commented that I have to make them for all the girls now. They really are that perfect. Its so fun to create something that turns out as cute as I envisioned it! This tote would make an excellent church bag, every day purse, scripture case with room for a notebook, keys, etc, even a diaper bag (as I plan to do with mine if I ever make one for myself), or almost anything! Now go… make your own – you’ll love it!
